具体要求：
1. Bachelor degree, major in electric, instrument or related background
2. Minimum 5 years experience in Electrical filed, experience in construction and commissioning
3. Strong ability in problem finding, analyzing and problem solving
4. Hands-on, quick learner, Strong team spirit.
4. Can read and write in English.
5. Good command of MS Office
岗位职责：
1. Make the basic design and prepare technical specification.
2. Issue the specification as project requirements;
3. Support project development proposal.
4. Support project team to do the construction and commissioning;
5. Review CDI electrical drawings.
6. Review vendor documents.
