具体要求：
· Bachelor degree in Mechanical Engineering.
· At least 5 years working experience maintenance of automatic equipment.
· Knowledge of TPM, PM system, knowing well of new technology for maintenance, statistical method for maintenance is a plus.
· Knowledge of safety.
· Knowledge of machine shop.
· Good communication skill and teamwork player.
· Good at English.

岗位职责：
· Prepare conceptual idea in terms of automation for management decision.
· Significant positive force in overall operation of maintenance including setting new directions and leading them as needed.
· Optimize costs by providing innovative ideas/ways to control operating and maintenance costs.
· To lead maintenance team on TPM, PM and ISO requirements.
· Make the preventive maintenance plan and record.
· Responsibility for other people, own and equipment safety.
· Give the training to operator for SOP and daily maintenance.
· To lead discussions and work closely with other cross functions and on projects and troubleshooting approaches.
· Other tasks assigned by superviors
