1.  Experience  performing  quantity  takeoffs,  cost  estimate,  statistic  analysis,  schedule  monitoring,  report  writing,  and  computer  operations.  Skilled  in  understanding  technical  processes,  engineering  drawings,  utility  determinations,  and  mathematical  and  financial  report.
2.  Skilled  in  oral  and  written  communication  in  English.
3.  Knowledge  in  the  use  of  computers  for  Ｅxecuting  work  processes,  such  as  Microsoft  Office,  Primavera  P6  etc.
4.  Demonstrate  a  beginning  level  of  understanding  of  Project  Controls  general  technical  skills.
5.  Demonstrate  a  beginning  level  of  knowledge  of  engineering,  procurement,  contracts,  construction  work  processes,  as  performed  by  Bechtel.
6.  Bachelor  Degree  in  Engineering  or  Engineering  management  subject.
7.  2~3  years  related  experience  on  Project  Controls.

1.  Develops  cost/schedule  data  for  local  project  proposals.
2.  Perform  the  following  activities;     
      a.  Manpower  forecasting  report.
      b.  Job  hour  control  and  reporting.
      c.  Trend  program  with  identification,  initiation,  quantification  support  and  implementation.
      d.  Updating  and  monitoring  schedule  data.
      e.  Establish  and  monitor  Engineering  Performance  Progress  Report.
