Position Requirement
· Bachelor’s degree in mechanical or manufacturing engineering required; advanced technical degree is an advantage.
· A minimum of 5 years of CNC programming and machining experience is required.
· Individual must have exceptional skills in the areas of tooling, programming and fixturing.
· Must have strong communication skills, including the ability to speak and write fluent English.
· I.E, Lean and Six-Sigma experience will be a plus, and especially SPC and other quality control tool.
· Must be willing to support the operation at needs.
· Must be able and willing to travel internationally.
· New project transferring experience will be preferred.

Job Description
· Develop, set up, monitor and maintain machining program and machine process capability of critical machined features, adjust machine biases if necessary.
· Troubleshoot problems with the tooling, fixturing, gauging, processes, and CNC machining centers. Help make changes to solve problems.
· Regular interaction with the Global Product and Process Owner to ensure process integrity, process and product change control, and to share best practices.
· Present process capability, scrap data, defect pareto charts, and other critical process data to the Global Product and Process Owner on a regular basis.
· Perform part dispositions on discrepant material.
· Support implementation of machining processes.
