Bachelor’s degree in mechanical or manufacturing engineering is required; advanced technical background is a plus.
· A minimum of 5 years of CNC programming and machining experience is required.
· Individual must have exceptional skills in the areas of tooling, programming and fixturing.
· I.E, Lean and Six-Sigma experience will be a plus, and especially SPC and other quality control tool.
· Strong communication skills, including the ability to speak and write fluent English is required.
· Must be willing to support the operation at needs.
· Must be able and willing to travel internationally.
· New project transferring experience will be preferred.
· Work location at Taicang.

岗位职责：
Select, design and / or improve the proper tooling, fixtures and gauge for machining process.
· Troubleshoot problems of tool, fixture, gauge, processes, and CNC machining centers in time to ensure the good running of production.
· Improve process and machining efficiency by appropriate methods to ensure the continuous advance of productivity and the compliance with requirements of company.
· Provide technical support to production line including but not limited to documents like OMS etc.
· Regularly interact with Global Product and Process Owner to ensure process integrity, process and product change control, and to share best practices.
· Provide training for manufacturing or production team to understand and follow the process well.
· Complete the job from superior.
