1)            University  Degree  of  Process  Control  &  Automation  or  Equiv.
2)            8  years  experience  is  a  minimum,  with  at  least  5  years  in  the  Design  Institute.  Site  experience  is  preferred
3)            Familiar  with  chemical  or  petrochemical  processes.  Working  on  coal  gasification  process  is  plus.
4)            Solid  discipline  knowledge  and  engineering  experience  covers  different  field  instruments  design,  control  systems  (DCS/ESD)  application  and  FF  field  bus  practice.
5)            Familiar  with  local  and  international  practices  and  standard
6)            Good  spirit  of  teamwork,  delivering  results  and  responsible.
Capable  of  writing  and  speaking  English 

1）  Undertake  Instrumentation  and  Process  Control  work  independently,  during  business  development  (FSR  or  FEED)  as  well  as  project  Ｅxecution  phase  (BED  or  DED).
2）  Provide  technical  assistance  to  the  preparation  of  business  proposals.
3）  Review  engineering  deliverables  and  supervise  the  Instrumentation  and  Process  Control  work  from  CDI,  in  order  to  achieve  the  quality,  schedule  and  cost  objectives  of  the  project.
4）  Provide  technical  support  and  recommendations  on  the  procurement  and  installation  of  instrumentation  and  process  control  systems,  preparing  technical  procurement  specifications,  technical  clarification  and  bid  comparison,  bidder  evaluation,  definition  of  the  scope  of  work  etc.
5）  Review  and  implement  corporate  specification,  standard  and  procedures  in  the  coal  gasification  plant.
6）  Provide  discipline  input  to  the  Project  Manager  on  aspects  of  identifying  changes  of  the  scope  of  work  and  preparing  related  change  orders
