Assist  production  manager  in  operating  the  plant  to  ensure  that  the  safety/quality,  reliability/availability  and  efficiency  performance  conforms  to  internal  and  external  customer  expectation  and  specific  requirements. 
Assist  production  manager  to  perform  process  and  products  quality  control;  Process  troubleshooting  and  propose  the  right  solution;  Daily  operation/process  analysis; 
Communicate  with  HSEQ  manage  on  special  safety  details  of  in  connection  to  process  and  production 
Propose,  discuss  and  confirm  with  the  production  manager  for  process  optimization  model;  Innovation  and  productivity  improvement  initiatives. 
Be  responsible  for  certain  documentation  and  reporting  on  plant  operation  and  production,  including  writing  and  training/  implementing  production  SOP  and  other  related  standards;  daily  &  monthly  production  report;  production  and  safety  record  inspection  and  keeping. 
DCC  function  in  quality  control  system  and  IMS. 
Communication  with  customer  and  logistic  for  production  case  and  maintenance  team  for  maintenance  requisition.
