1.  Minimum  8  years  of  mechanical  engineering  and  design  experience  in  refining  and  petrochemical  industries.

2.  Familiar  with  international  and  Chinese  standards  as  applied  to  rotating/static  equipment.

3.  Preference  will  be  give  to  candidates  with  good  knowledge  of    Positive  displacement,centrifugal  and  axial  compressors;  positive  displacement  and  centrifugal  pumps;fan  &  blower,  motors;  generators;  gears;  steam  and  gas  turbines;diesel  engines,  air  dryer,  refrigeration  system,  vacuum  unit,  water  treatment  systems  and  agitator  etc.

1.  Preparing  the  Mechanical  scope  of  work  and  design  basis  for  the  project 
2.  Provide  equipment  cost,  dimensional  and  performance  estimates 
3.  Prepare  and  maintain  the  detailed  control  level  schedules  to  be  used  in  project 
Prepare  narrative  specifications 
4.  Prepare  equipment  designs,  drawings  and  data  sheets  and  Developing  and  revising  equipment  lists 
5.  Participating  in  Material  Ｓelection  for  equipment 
6.  Providing  process  engineering  assistance  in  system  design.  Application  and  Ｓelection  of  equipment  to  optimize  and  meet  the  requirements  of  the  process  conditions. 
7.  Preparation  of  auxiliary  flow  diagrams  for  lube,  cooling  water  and  seal  oil  systems.Prepare  Requests  for  Quotation  and  Purchase  Order  and  Establishing  Vendor  Drawing/Data  requirement. 
8.  Participating  in  Supplier  bid  clarification,  negotiation  and/or  award  meetings. 
Prepare  Bid  Summaries  and  perform  economic  evaluation  of  vendor’s  proposals  for  overall  cost  and  operational  value  of  rotating  equipment.
