1. 相关的焊接材料制造知识和经验，焊接或金属材料专业本科学历。 Comprehend and experienced in welding consumable manufacture, and possess welding consumable or metallic material related education, bachelor degree." 2.熟悉AWS/ISO/GB等焊接材料标准，及各船级社规范，具有一定的产品应用相关知识与经验。可以进行基本的焊接操作。 Be familiar with AWS/ISO/GB welding consumable standards, and speicifications of different classification society. Possess knowledge and experience of relevant product application. Available of some basic welding operation. 3.具有较好的英语听、说能力和阅读、写作能力。 Good English listening, speaking, reading and writing ability. 4.熟悉计算机办公软件能熟练运用。 Proficient in office software. 5.熟悉质量分析方法，具有一定的组织与判定能力。 Be familiar with quality analysis methods, and possess certain capacity in organizing and judgement. 6.责任心强，具有较高的工作热情和谨慎细心的工作习惯。 Strong responsibility, high work enthusiasm and careful work habit. 7.具有良好的团队协作精神及沟通技巧。 Good team work spirit and communication skills. 8.3年以上实际工作经验；有焊材行业工作经历为佳。 3 or above 3 years work experience； experience in welding concumable industry would be preferred.
