.      BS  or  Master  Degree  in  Engineering,  Physics,  Technology  or  related  sciences
本科及以上学历，低温制冷及相关专业。

4.      Be  able  to  cope  with  real-time  operating  problems
能够处理日常的工厂运行问题。
5.      Ability  to  write  routine  reports  and  correspondence
具备良好的写作能力，可以处理常规报告和邮件。
6.      Ability  to  under  pressure  and  manage  crisis  situations.
能够承受压力和处理突发危急情况。
7.      Good  at  MS  office,  software  application  is  preferred  (like  web  designing,  etc.)  擅长办公软件，倾向于软件应用（比如网站设计，等等）。
