.Bachelor of Science degree in appropriate engineering discipline or equivalent;
2.Three years experience in quality,engineering,design;
3.Must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills;
4.PC/CRT and keyboard skills,including working knowledge of word processing and spreadsheet applications and proficiency in utilization of CAD,required.
岗位职责：
1.Maintains responsibility for sustaining assigned standard product mass production includes fine tuning product design,quality improvement,cost reduction and sustainability improvement.
2.Review and cooperate with marketing to ensure newly launched products meet all mass production readiness during NPI product transition period of time and sustain new products after transition for smooth mass production.
3.Create and conduct and implement cost reduction activities to improve material,labor,and overhead for assigned standard products
4.Validate and analyze standard product BOM and drawing errors and make correction based on root causes to achieve system data accuracy
5.Continuously improve standard product functions through material
