2.  Familiar  with  piping  code  and  standard  and  its  implementation.
3.  Familiar  with  design  delivery  list  and  depth  for  every  phase  design,  such  as  cost  estimate;  conceptual  design;  basic  engineering  design;  preliminary  design;  detail  design.
4.  Familiar  with  important  piping  software  application.
5.  Good  responsibility,  good  team  work  spirit. 
6.  Effective  communication  skill  with  fluent  spoken  and  written  English.
   
Qualifications
1.  Degree  in  piping  engineering,  at  least  8  years  multi  project  working  experience,  at  least  3  years  of  piping  group  leader  experience.
  2.  Rich  experience  of  piping  design  checking  and  review.
  3.  Must  be  capable  of  working  in  a  team  environment.
  4.  Must  have  experience  in  working  with  people  of  different  culture  and  backgrounds.
  5.  Rich  experience  for  coordination  with  other  disciplines,  familiar  with  the  scope  of  work  split  with  relevant  disciplines.

2.  Leading  development  piping  design  based  on  data  from  client  and  upstream  discipline,  including  piping  engineering  specification  (include  insulation  and  tracing),  pipe  fitting  Ｓelection,  special  piping  fitting  list,  fitting  layout,  main  pipe  routing  scheme,  etc.
3.  Leading  piping  preliminary  thermal  stress  calculation  for  main  pipelines.
4.  Leading  and  review  design  date  for  downstream  disciplines  design  input.
5.  Review  the  special  pipe  fitting  inquiry  MR  and  data  sheet  if  necessary.  Leading  the  special  pipe  fitting  TBA  work  if  necessary.
6.  Participate  and  leading  crosscheck  between  pipe  and  relevant  disciplines.
7.  Leading  the  technical  evaluation  of  new  vendor  of  special  piping  fitting. 
8.  Scheme  the  work  split  with  vendor  or  subcontractor  if  necessary.
9.  Scheme  the  piping  technical  support  and  procurement  support  for  detail  design  by  DI  and  for  construction.
10.Leading  the  evaluation  of  piping  design  input  and  important  design  principle.
