Over  2  years  experience  within  CT  is  required
Over  1  years  OA  /QESH  experience  is  preferred
Experience  with  ISO  9001  and  ISO14001  &  OHSAS  18001  is  preferred
 
Formal  education  or  equivalent教育背景
College  graduate,  English  or  major  in  safety  is  preferred.

Good  English  writing  and  speaking  capability
Familiar  with  MS  Office  and  basic  IT  tools
IMS  (DiPP),  Share  point  knowledge  is  required

This  position  is  responsible  to  support  the  harmonization  of  MTT  management  system  in  one  global  system,  the  implementation  on  IMS  and  to  achieve  a  Multi  Site  Certificate  for  the  standards  ISO  9001,  ISO  14001  and  OHSAS  18001  for  the  MTT  Business  Unit  and  to  assist  the  project  manager  and  his  team.
 
1.  Get  familiarized  with  IMS  (DiPP)  and  share  point
2.  Build  up  knowledge  about  ISO  9001  and  ISO14001  &  OHSAS  18001
3.  Get  familiarized  with  business  processes
4.  Review  business  processes  of  MTT  Global  and  the  different  locations 
5.  Draw  and  write  business  processes  after  instructions  by  process  owner  or  project  team  member,  get  them  reviewed  and  approved
6.  Translate  business  processes  from  English  to  Chinese  /  Chinese  to  English
7.  Implement  business  processes  on  IMS  and  share  point
8.  Collect  certificate  and  documents  in  relation  with  business  processes  and 
upload  them  on  SharePoint
9.  Translation  of  certificates  and  documents  if  required
