2+  year  experience  polymer  research
Min  MSc  degree  in  organic  and  polymer  chemistry  and  engineering.
·                  Expert  in  fiber  physics  and  engineering.
·                  Knowledge  of  six  sigma,  ISO  quality  system  and  fiber  reinforcement  business  regulations.
·                  Good  English  in  spoken  and  written
·                  A  strong  team  player 

·                  This  position  is  primarily  a  research  arm  in  testing.  The  person  is  a  key  member  in  defining  the  “Value-Added-Products”    by  providing  scientific  and  technical  data  generated  in  the  application  lab  .  This  person  will  be  the  testing  expert  and  is  responsible  for  Tire  Application  Lab  reporting  to  the  Tire/  Surface  Research  Scientist. 
·                  Be  the  focal  point  for  Tire  Application  Lab  establishment;  specify  the  equipment,  establish  the  management  system,  and  define  the  test  protocols.
·                  Answer  the  market  and  customer  needs  to  testing.    Characterize  our  own  product,  interact  with  marketing  and  Sales  as  well  as  key  customers  to  define  the  product  applications  using  advanced  equipment.  Develop/  standardize  special  testing  methods  to  meet  the  needs  of    new  product  development. 
·                  Analyze  competitor’s  products.
